Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a Electrical Engineer to design solutions that meet project deliverables and position our products for long-term growth. The role involves collaboration with electrical, software, mechanical, and welding engineers to take projects from original concept through to implementation. The ideal candidate is an aggressive self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of problem-solving through the application of troubleshooting techniques, testing, and design with a systems mindset.
Responsibilities
Design solutions that align with project deliverables and foster product growth.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including electrical, software, mechanical, and welding engineers.Apply troubleshooting techniques, testing, and design to solve problems with a systems approach.Perform testing and documentation on new designs.Participate in project meetings and manage assigned action items.Ensure adherence to quality standards and project deliverables.Drive projects forward by providing cross-functional technical direction.Identify innovative and patentable solutions to meet market needs.Essential Skills
Proven expertise in electrical engineering and design.Strong understanding of hardware and electrical systems.Experience with power electronics design, emphasizing switch mode power supplies producing up to 35kW.Knowledge of working with voltages up to 480Vac, 1000Vdc, and currents up to 1000 Amps.Familiarity with full-bridge, half-bridge, buck, boost, flyback, and forward converters.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.3+ years of experience in the field.Professional Engineer certification is preferred.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
