Job Description The Sr. Director, Market Sector Lead – Integrated Security Solutions is a senior growth leader responsible for expanding Versar’s federal and enterprise electronic security solutions portfolio. This role oversees full capture lifecycle efforts, builds strategic customer and partner relationships, and serves as a subject matter expert in integrated security systems. The leader will drive market strategy, support major federal opportunities, provide executive-level insights, mentor business development staff, and collaborate across internal teams to achieve organizational growth targets. Skills and Requirements 15+ years in integrated electronic security solutions (PACS, CCTV, IDS, perimeter protection; FIPS‑201/FICAM/HSPD‑12 compliant). Federal GovCon experience supporting agencies like DoD, DHS, DOE, TSA, FEMA, USACE, NAVFAC, etc. Proven success leading and winning large capture efforts ($25M+). Experience collaborating across operations, engineering, proposals, and BD teams. Strong background with major OEMs (C•CURE 9000, LenelS2, Genetec, Milestone, Axis, Bosch, Cisco, Siemens, etc.). Established network with federal program managers and contracting officers. Ability to translate mission needs into competitive technical/management solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level engagement skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Security Management, or related field. Industry certifications: PSP, CPP, CISSP. Prior P&L or regional leadership experience. Familiarity with federal procurement vehicles (OASIS, GSA Schedules, IDIQs, GWACs). Shipley/APMP certification or MBA/MS. Active (or ability to obtain) Secret clearance. Advanced Salesforce user.
