Position Summary:
As Senior Director of Home Services Online and Product Organization, this leader is responsible for shaping and executing the overarching vision for The Home Depot’s Home Services digital experience. Unlike traditional e-commerce, this role requires expertly integrating digital and in-person touchpoints, ensuring that customers, associates, and service providers remain coordinated throughout the entire service journey. Success depends on a deep understanding of service business operations, customer expectations, Home Depot associate needs and service provider operations. This leader must unify the digital experience across internal teams, third-party applications, CRM, and ERP platforms, navigating complexity and ambiguity to transform business challenges into a strategic product roadmap that drives growth.
Key Responsibilities
30% Strategy & Execution: Shape and execute the vision and roadmap for the Home Services digital experience, optimizing the full customer, associate, and service provider experience. Use journey mapping and competitive benchmarks to identify pain points. Leverages this approach to and prioritize, sequence and execute high-ROI solution roadmap that drives growth.30% Planning & Alignment: Deliver results by leading functional teams balanced teams and business leaders to achieve results. Continuously analyze and optimize customer, associate and service provider behaviors to drive growth. Ensure efficient team operations, monitor performance metrics, and maintain executive alignment.20% Strategic Communication: Leads complex discussions with clear presentations and comprehensive journey maps tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and executive decision making.10% Monitor emerging trends, technology, consumer and industry patterns.10% Lead, teach, coach and train direct and indirect reports

Travel Requirements: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep expertise in e-commerce or services-based platforms.Strong business acumen with a solid grasp of business case development and ROI analysis.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Tableau, presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint), and analytical/statistics software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Stata).Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation.Demonstrated project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
