Sr. Desktop Analyst
**Job Title:** Senior Desktop Support Engineer **Location:** Sturgeon Bay, WI (5x onsite; remote option on Fridays considered) **What’s the Job?** + Serve as the primary onsite IT support for the Sturgeon Bay facility. + Support new hire onboarding, device setups, and offboarding processes. + Handle ServiceNow ticket triage and resolution, including a daily 2-hour call shift. + Drive documentation and process improvements to reduce ticket volume. + Mentor junior team members and collaborate with leadership on technical issues. **What’s Needed?** + 5+ years of desktop support or IT field service experience. + Strong background with SCCM, Intune, ServiceNow, and remote support tools (e.g., BeyondTrust). + Experience building images and deploying hardware/software. + Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team standards. + Confidence in communicating with senior leadership and handling high-pressure support scenarios. **What’s in it for me?** + Annual performance-based bonus (tied to personal, team, and company goals). + Scenic marina work environment with flexible onsite schedule (Fridays remote optional). + Stable hours: 7 AM–4 PM, no after-hours or on-call requirements. + 3 weeks of PTO + 40 hours of flexible sick time. + Dependent care program and FSA for childcare expenses.
