Our client, a leading healthcare technology and equipment provider, is seeking a Sr. Counsel to join their team. As a Sr. Counsel, you will be part of the Legal department supporting the North America Commercial Contracts team. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead review, drafting, and negotiation of various types of commercial agreements, including master agreements, amendments, and statements of work for hardware, software, SaaS, and XaaS offerings. Partner with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Management, Finance, and Operations to advise on contractual rights, obligations, and risks. Prepare and manage contracts independently, ensuring timely and accurate completion while maintaining compliance with company risk profiles. Provide training to sales teams and other departments on legal and contractual topics to enhance understanding and efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, identifying opportunities to improve contracting processes and workflows.What's Needed?
J.D. degree and membership in good standing with a state bar. 7+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts. Experience leading technology transactions and working with sales organizations. Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal terms clearly.What's in it for me?
