Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Remote Content Designer for a leading company in the fintech space. As part of the Experience Design team, Content Design is responsible for creating data-informed content for the PayPal brands’ digital experiences. Content designers partner with UX designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and others to create user-centered experiences for people and businesses around the world. We’re a passionate and energetic group that creatively solves problems and values collaboration and diverse opinions. • Plan and write UX content for web experiences. • Use data-driven insights about experience gaps and customer pain points to brainstorm and build proposed experience solutions.   • Drive the definition of a clear and actionable strategic direction for content in this problem/solution space.   • Coordinate and advise content designers on other teams to share context and clarity you’ve gleaned from customer research.   • Use data and research to evaluate your content’s impact, and push for continuous improvement that shows tangible results.     • Present your design solutions and rationale to leadership (director-level+). • Collaborate with Design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone. Skills and Requirements • 6+ years as a content designer • strong copywriting and editing skills • Experience reviewing and incorporating legal annotations and feedback • Experience working in web/CMS environments • Content strategy background -experience working for a Fintech company
