What you’ll be doing

As a member of the Identity and Access Services Management group, you will play a key role in interfacing with various partners and Lines of Business focused on onboarding and automating application into the bank’s centralized access governance platform.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote

How you’ll succeed

Identity and Access Governance - Knowledge of identity and access management approaches and concepts, tools, techniques and roles and responsibilities in providing guidance to stakeholders within and outside own area.

Relationship building - Facilitate coordination with business and technology teams to ensure successful onboarding and resolution of issues related to applications and infrastructure feeds. Build and maintain relationships with subject matter experts as well as external experts to stay abreast of notable developments and trends across the information security domain.

Facilitate discussions with business groups across the enterprise to gain understanding of business needs. Drive the onboarding of our applications and infrastructure to our access certifications platform while promoting adoption across the enterprise.

You can demonstrate experience in Identity and Access Management. Experience working with project teams for onboarding of application and infrastructure endpoints to IGA platforms like SailPoint Identity IQ.
