You’ll lead on commercial positions, support transitions, manage risk, and deliver training while acting as a subject matter authority on agreements. Working closely with leadership and procurement teams, you’ll influence stakeholders and ensure alignment with the broader commercial strategy. **What You’ll Do** Lead commercial negotiations, support contract agreements with legal and business teams, ensure policy compliance, and drive pivotal initiatives including pursuits, expansions, and retention efforts. Promote and ensure compliance with CBRE governance policies and processes through active participation in business reviews and process oversight. Maintain and advise on standard documentation, educate team members, and challenge business processes to uphold policy standards. Educate and advise on commercial standard processes, develop leadership awareness through training, presentations, and mentorship across the contract lifecycle. Support transitions and pursuits by guiding operational and procurement teams on risk management, change control, and the application of commercial standards. Deliver innovative commercial solutions to operational challenges, reducing risk and improving opportunity through strategic analysis and engagement. Lead on high-impact commercial issues, build strong client relationships, and support long-term business growth while mitigating legal and contractual risks. Support sourcing solutions, negotiating preferred agreements, and ensuring risk is mitigated through contractually robust, back-to-back terms. **What You’ll Need** Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. Ability to lead the exchange of difficult information, convey performance expectations and balance problems. Leadership skills to empower the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job subject areas, and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality. Intermediate math skills. The minimum salary for the Sr. Commercial Manager position is $160,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Commercial Manager position is $185,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
