Your Impact

As a Senior Cloud Applications Consultant at OpenText, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting enterprise customers using OpenText solutions deployed in the cloud. You will be part of a growing Cloud Success Services team, responsible for delivering world-class operational service and administration. Your work will ensure high system availability, resolve complex issues, and help shape a seamless digital experience for our clients.

What you need to succeed

Strong customer service mindset with a focus on first-contact resolution

Experience in IT support or consulting for enterprise multi-tiered applications

Familiarity with ITIL-based service delivery models

Solid skills in Windows, UNIX, VMware, Kubernetes, and TCP/IP networking

Knowledge of application servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss) and basic scripting

Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) is a plus
