Responsibilities
What You'll Do
+ V2X specializes in Base Operations Support (BOS), Facilities Maintenance, and Logistics Support services for a variety of Department of Defense agencies and commercial organizations. We have a full-time opportunity for a Senior Capture Manager to lead capture for these pursuits within DoD. This position will have complete autonomy to grow our business by establishing and maintaining business partnerships and driving new capture efforts.
Key Responsibilities
+ Responsible for strategic and tactical business development for all assigned capture opportunities and bid and proposal planning and execution.
+ Build and foster new and existing client/customer relationships in the Army, Navy, USMC, and Air Force markets.
+ Perform Capture Management on identified business opportunities.
+ Identify and collect intelligence (Government customers, Contract Specialist and industry partners) for identified opportunities.
+ Identify and build Teaming relationships with industry partners for identified opportunities.
+ Request Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Teaming Agreements (TA) for identified opportunities with industry partners.
+ Responsible for leading discussions work share with industry partners for inclusion in executed TA's.
+ Responsible for moving identified opportunities from Assessment to Strategy to Bid/Proposal development.
+ Coordinate all Proposal activities with assigned Proposal Manager.
+ Lead all proposal Review phases during Proposal development.
+ Coordinate with internal pricing team for pricing reviews.
+ Actively engage with the Estimating team in BOE reviews, including providing input on self-performance vs subcontracted services, staffing guidance, equipment lease vs buy.
+ Coordinate with internal Supply Chain team for development of required proposal equipment, vehicles, materials, and other costs to be provided to pricing analysts.
+ Coordinate with internal Contracts team for Proposal development related to Terms and Conditions and all contractual requirements.
+ Coordinate with internal Recruiting to identify Proposal Key personnel requirements.
+ Ensure that proposals are compliant, compelling, and competitive, and delivered on time.
+ Report on status of all assigned pipeline opportunities on a weekly basis, as well as ensuring CRM is current for all assigned opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
+ Education:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
+ Experience:
+ A minimum of eight (8) years' experience in general management with substantial exposure to business development and marketing support activities.
+ A minimum of four (4) years' experience in a position directly related to business development for DoD and/or Federal civilian agencies, preferably in the various markets.
+ Full knowledge of the federal procurement process, as well as a strong, proven capability to apply process-driven capture approaches throughout the business capture lifecycle.
+ Capture experience in the DOD/Federal market required.
+ Proven track record in capturing or working on major programs.
+ Previous performance as a Capture Manager or in a lead capture role on at least 3 winning procurements with individual values in excess of $50M each (single award contracts or task orders).
+ Must have a good understanding of government procurement, Federal contracts, regulations and procedures, and DoD operations and maintenance services.
+ Demonstrated effective and efficient use of capture and proposal resources (e.g., B&P, IRAD, facilities, demos, program personnel).
+ Experienced in proposal writing, work breakdown structures, basis of estimates, storyboards, and narrative solution content.
+ Demonstrated experience developing and presenting oral proposals.
+ Demonstrated performance conducting various color reviews successfully.
+ Proficient in the use of computers and computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
+ Other Requirements:
+ Ability to travel to project and customer locations up to 50%.
+ Must be a U.S. citizen.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance required.
Desired Qualifications
+ Education:
+ Master's Degree in a technical field of study preferred.
+ Other:
+ Top Secret security clearance preferred.
+ Active security clearance highly desired.

+ The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
+ USD $ 170,000 - 240,000
+ Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
