Job Description:
Team Overview – The TD ATM Technology Team is dedicated to maintaining the ATM environment which includes not only TD Bank's North American ATM fleet but also the back-end infrastructure that is required for our current solution. This infrastructure includes components for operations, security, monitoring, and servicing. It was spread across multiple vendor locations as well as within TD Bank. Our team delivers projects, maintains oversight of operations, and works to ensure we are aware of future states so that we can keep our fleet up to date.
Job Accountabilities
The role requires someone who is inquisitive and always eager to learn. It is critical that they can quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to the ever-changing dynamics of our field. Having this mindset will ensure they stay ahead of the curve and contribute effectively to our team's success.ATM experience would be an asset however, a willingness to learn and be fully enveloped is as important.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Much of our work is done via phone. We have vendors located all throughout North American and some in off shored locations. Clear communication is required on the calls to ensure requirement details are understood and documented clearly.Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and how to manage the integration Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications considering non-functional requirementsOwn and manage the traceability of system requirements through design and development, testing, and deployment; ensure the acceptance criteria demonstrates the changes to systems that will meet stakeholder expectations.Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testingProvides support/oversight and guidance in the delivery of technology requirements with a focus on quality, reusability, scalability, and innovation.Provide operational / process-related analysis and support to various extentsAdhere to existing processes/standards including requirements management technology delivery practices and standards, and business technology architecture, escalating issues as required Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area and keep current with leading-edge technology trends/developments and develop expertise in TD services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques that can contribute to effective solution development/deliveryContinuously enhance knowledge of business domains and their products/servicesSupport and contribute to change management planning and activities, including those that ensure operational readiness.Support the development of business cases including benefits identification, RFI/RFP and service level agreements with vendors/suppliers consistent with technology requirements/guidelinesAdhere to the TD code of conductParticipate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest.Keep current on emerging trends/ developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools and techniques.Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team.Lead, motivate and develop relationships with internal and external business partners / stakeholders to develop productive working relationships.Contribute to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce.Education and Experience requirements
