The Amazon Leo Business Ops Manager is responsible ASIC cost strategy, including cost management/should cost model/negotiations, to ensure ASICs meet the price specification required. The Business Ops Manager role works cross functionally with NPI, Engineering, Quality, Planning teams.

Key job responsibilities
• Develop product cost models for ASICs, including wafer, bump, assembly, test, and yield components

• Create and manage 3-5 year cost roadmaps in collaboration with internal stakeholders, detailing component-level improvements

• Establish and monitor yield roadmaps across all production stages (wafer, bump, assembly, test)

• Support business cases for Node migrations, Dual-sourcing initiatives, Reshoring projects, Capacity reservation decisions

•Conduct Monte Carlo simulations and sensitivity analyses for Yield optimization, Utilization rates, Pricing strategies, Supply risk assessment

• Deep semiconductor cost modeling experience and understanding of wafer fabrication, process nodes, mask costs, yields, die size scaling and OSAT economics.

•Ability to clearly communicate complex technical-financial tradeoffs to executives.

•Expertise in advanced excel, Python, Tableau/Power BI and Statistical Modeling

•Experience with Agentic AI a plus
