Senior Brand Manager – Neuroscience
The Senior Brand Manager for Kisunla (donanemab) holds a central leadership role in shaping the future of Lilly’s Neuroscience portfolio. This position is responsible for driving strategic brand excellence, ensuring flawless launch preparedness, and building the foundations for long‑term commercial success.
With several additional assets expected in the coming years, the Neuroscience Business Unit is entering a significant growth phase, presenting an exceptional opportunity to contribute to what may become one of the company’s most influential franchises in Korea.
This role combines scientific insight, strategic marketing capability, and strong cross‑functional leadership to position Kisunla as a leading therapy in its field.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver the comprehensive brand strategy for Kisunla across both launch and lifecycle stages.
• Ensure outstanding launch readiness supported by close cross‑functional collaboration and alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders including healthcare professionals, payers, clinical experts, and patient advocacy organisations.
• Manage the brand P and L, oversee forecasting activities, and guide resource allocation to maximise commercial impact.
• Lead strategic preparation for forthcoming indications and support commercial assessments for future Neuroscience assets.
• Safeguard full compliance with global and local regulatory requirements while fostering an environment that encourages thoughtful innovation.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Business.
• A minimum of eight years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, including successful experience launching specialty medicines.
• Strong scientific leadership with the ability to translate data and evidence into compelling strategic direction.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills with a consistent focus on timely, effective execution.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and motivate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong English communication abilities suitable for engagement with regional and global stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience in Neuroscience and exposure to global roles.
