Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.
**How you will contribute**
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand growth. You will develop and execute integrated marketing plans, manage the daily operations of the brand including critical omni-channel and budget workstreams, and lead commercialization projects that deliver against revenue and profit objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Facilitate the development and execution of the integrated media campaigns, activation and media plans, maximizing media ROI. Partner closely with internal and external media partners to flawlessly execute plans.
+ Manage the daily operations of the brand, including developing and executing organic strategy, manage brand owned sites (website, e-Comm, etc.) and the budget.
+ Oversee all omni-channel workstreams, including shopper marketing and digital commerce/activation.
+ Support brand portfolio management and lead commercialization/launch plans for business-critical projects, PPA, and sustainability - including post-launch tracking.

**Qualifications**
+ 1-2+ years work experience
+ MBA preferred
**Salary and Benefits:**
The base salary range for this position is $97,300 to $133,815; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
