The Senior Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of the end-to-end in-year and strategic growth plans for CHIPS AHOY!, Working with cross-functional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.

*** Role would be a hybrid setting of two days in our East Hanover, New Jersey office

How you will contribute

Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will lead recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Help lead, analyze, and support the delivery of business plan and actively supporting in the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP) (i.e., risk, opportunities, etc.)

Conduct a weekly and monthly brand performance analysis, competitive landscape, and category dynamics in order to deliver actionable insights, and steward full year delivery of topline and bottom-line targets

Support brand portfolio management and lead commercialization for renovation/quality improvement, business critical projects, PPA, and sustainability - including financial/P&L analysis, post-launch tracking, etc.

Support and drive the development and execution of media plan, maximizing media ROI, and working with internal and external media partners.

Drive integrated campaigns for new launches including, but not limited to, shopper marketing plans, paid and organic social media, digital display, video development, etc.

Qualifications:

3-5 years work experience

MBA preferred

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
