**About the Role** As part of the Corporate Finance team, you will help analyze our global business, with an emphasis on driving the growth and profitability of Uber. You will play a key role in all aspects of consolidated-level reporting and make significant contributions to high-profile strategic and operational initiatives. **What You'll Do** + Work closely with the Finance Leadership to provide financial insights and assess the company's overall progress towards its strategic objectives. + Drive projects to continuously improve, streamline, and automate various areas of the team's responsibility with ownership across reporting, forecasting and planning processes. + Engage in the development of new processes and tools to deliver impactful and actionable insights that drive decision-making. + Help build our P&L fluency, with an emphasis on legal entity forecasting. + Monitor & track our deliverables, ensuring that our team meets the given deadlines and escalate issues where necessary. + Liaise with cross-functional departments (e.g., Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Insurance, etc.) to collect and analyze inputs to the global forecast. **Basic Qualifications** + BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant subject + 3+ years of proven experience + Experience with Excel/Google Sheets + Prior financial and/or analytical experience, including FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or operations **Preferred Qualifications** + Self-starter: You will take initiative and drive toward goals + Attention to detail: consistent with swift and high-quality execution. We do things quickly, and we need to do them well. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Understanding of enterprise-level financial planning systems such as IBM Cognos TM1, Anaplan, or Oracle. + Experience with legal entity forecasting. + Accounting/Tax experience. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
