As a Data Integrity Analyst supporting the Center of Excellence team in Americas Commercial Operations, you will be trusted to build robust, scalable, and reliable data pipelines and processes that ensure accuracy and consistency across critical business systems. In collaboration with IT partners, you will leverage modern data engineering tools and cloud technologies to maintain high-quality data standards that enable informed decision-making and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Data Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Alteryx, SQL, and AWS from multiple data sourcesData Quality Management: Validate, cleanse, and monitor data across CRM (Salesforce), analytics platforms, and data lakes.Automation & Scalability: Build automated solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and integrity checks.Reporting & Visualization: Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau to track data health and provide actionable insights.Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to align data governance practices and support business objectives.Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve data anomalies, ensuring timely corrections and preventive measures.Cloud Data Engineering: Utilize AWS S3, Athena, and Glue for data storage, querying, and transformation.Documentation & Governance: Implement data governance standards and monitor compliance via automated checks to reduce data quality incidents and improve audit outcomes.Define and operationalize data lineage, cataloging, and classification.What you’ll bring to Alcon:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in data engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Actuaries, Economics, or related field.Experience: 2+ years in data engineering, data governance, or analytics roles.Technical Skills:-SQL (advanced query optimization and troubleshooting)
-AWS Services: S3, Athena, Glue
-ETL Tools: Alteryx
-Visualization: Tableau
-CRM: Salesforce
-Data Modelling and ValidationSoft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
