The Sr. Analyst Advanced Business Analytics - Marketing will play a critical role in driving Ally’s database marketing strategy and execution. This position partners closely with marketing and technology teams to build and validate targeted audiences, lead the migration of campaigns to a modern coding environment and translate data into actionable insights. The analyst will identify opportunities to improve code quality, streamline process and optimize campaign performance to deliver meaningful business impact.

The Work Itself Participate in the strategic planning process of developing targeted multi-channel campaigns (acquisition, customer nurture, engagement) within a new SAS environment. Lead the execution and project management of targeted marketing campaigns using detailed customer data, legal and regulatory requirements, statistical models, and business objectives. Act as a liaison between business partners and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, executable requirements and technical specifications. Oversee automated campaigns to ensure operational efficiency, accuracy and performance. Develop updated documentation for campaign execution process while recommending process improvements. Conduct detail-oriented team audits of all deliverables to ensure 100% accuracy of campaign data. Support ongoing acquisition and engagement campaigns to drive customer growth and retention.  The Skills You Bring 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management and analysis required.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field preferred.Experience in financial services preferred. Strong technical experience leveraging relational databases via programs SAS EG, SAS Viya, SQL Server Management Studio, Snowflake required. Experience with system migrations and/or platform integrations preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data quality and campaign accuracy.  How We'll Have Your Back

Base Pay Range: $85000 - $150000 USDAn individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.  Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
