Sr. Analyst , Supplier Excellence
**Position Purpose:** The primary purpose of this role is to develop supplier strategies that advance Home Depot's supplier relationship and overall online value proposition. The Sr. Analyst, Supplier Excellence must use strategic thinking, process design, and quantitative analysis to drive successful and major improvements in supplier relations. This role will assist in the development of a tactical strategy for Home Depot's supplier management processes and onboarding, including serving as a business POC for supplier tooling. The Sr. Analyst, Supplier Excellence will ensure the supplier management program includes stakeholder engagement, organizational alignment, communications and cross-functional collaboration. This position is responsible for developing strong partnerships with Merchants, Assortment Planning, Catalog, Finance, Information Technology and other groups as needed to ensure solutions meet needs of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** + 30% Work with Merchandise Planning Managers, Online Merchants, and cross functional partners to analyze business drivers and recommend/execute strategies + 40% Execute key daily/weekly/monthly business performance reporting + 30% Contribute to projects and new initiatives which further strategic business objectives **Direct Manager/Direct Reports:** + This position reports to Sr Manager, Supplier Excellence + This position has no Direct Reports **Travel Requirements:** + Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements:** + Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions:** + Located in a comfortable indoor area.
