Position Summary

The Sr Analyst, Program Consultation will support expense management business functions for Medical Policy and Program Solutions (MPPS) and/or Strategic Clinical Business Operations (SCBO).  Responsibilities include supporting vendor and staffing expenses:  forecasting; monthly results and variance analysis, quality/contractual service level performance and optimization. The Sr Analyst will be responsible for providing analysis and support to business partners as well prioritizing ad hoc requests across MPPS/SCBO.Other responsibilities for the Sr Analyst include, but are not limited to:Establishes processes and infrastructure to capture and house data from relevant sources.Taking a key role in data consistency across vendors, creating accurate and timely department reportingOwnership of monthly financial reporting including preparation of month-end result reporting and variance analysisKey role in accuracy and documentation of the budgeting and forecasting processesCompiling month-end executive deck and commentaryBuilding strong relationships with business partners and colleaguesSupporting ad hoc project

Required Qualifications

3+ years of vendor management, finance and forecasting experience

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to partner well across large enterprisesAbility to effectively communicate – oral and written, across many levels of the organization including senior managementExtensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Procurement tools & processes (Purchase Orders, Ariba etc.)Excellent analytical skills and attention to detailProven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects

Education

Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience (3+ years’ experience and High School Diploma/GED) required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
