Description Senior Accountant Montvale, NJ A leading, large-scale advertising and marketing company headquartered in Montvale, NJ is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role is ideal for candidates coming out of Big 4 public accounting who are looking to transition into a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment. You’ll play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization. Key Responsibilities + Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations + Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to senior leadership + Support internal and external audits, including coordination with auditors + Evaluate and improve internal controls and accounting processes + Assist with technical accounting research and implementation of new standards + Partner with FP& A and operational teams to support business initiatives + Participate in system and process enhancements to drive efficiency Requirements Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance + 2–5 years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 audit experience strongly preferred) + CPA or CPA-track preferred + Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting + Experience working with large, complex organizations preferred + Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) a plus + Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
