Description We are looking for an experienced and meticulous Senior Accountant to join our team in Eagan, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering accurate reporting to support business objectives. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in manufacturing accounting and a passion for cost analysis and financial management. If interested or you would like to have a private conversation about this opportunity, please reach out on LinkedIn @ Jordan Docken Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Proficiency in month-end close processes and general ledger maintenance. • Strong expertise in journal entries and account reconciliation. • Demonstrated ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately. • Familiarity with cost accounting principles and inventory valuation. • Knowledge of compliance standards and tax regulations. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
