Sr. Accountant
**Our client, a leader in the food service and franchise operations industry, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team.** As a Senior Accountant, you will be part of the Accounting Department supporting the Franchise Finance and Reporting teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Senior Accountant **Location: TX, Richardson** **Pay Range: $33.65** **What’s the Job?** + Review, reconcile, and validate franchisee financial submissions including royalty payments and marketing contributions + Prepare periodic financial reports on franchise performance and ensure general ledger accuracy + Support the month-end and year-end close processes for franchise-related accounts + Conduct royalty audits and assist with budgeting and forecasting for franchise revenue + Monitor delinquencies and variances, escalating and resolving issues as needed **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in franchise, multi-unit, or retail environments + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) + Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (preferred) + Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with royalty reconciliation **What’s in it for me?** + Medical insurance + Dental insurance + Disability insurance + Life insurance + Weekly Payment If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
