We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven, experienced, **Senior Accountant** to take ownership of daily financial operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting across multiple business entities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have a strong grasp of general accounting principles, this role is built for you. **What You’ll Do:** + Prepare and post journal entries; maintain accurate general ledger balances + Reconcile daily and monthly transactions + Handle A/R, A/P, cash receipts, credit memos, and rebates + Monitor customer accounts and manage collections + Assist with month-end and year-end close + Oversee tax compliance activities (sales tax credits, exemption certificates) + Manage customer setup, credit approvals, and vendor portals + Track inventory, compile sustainability data, and maintain organized records + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and address inquiries + Recommend and implement process improvements **What You Bring:** + Strong foundation and experience in general accounting and financial reporting + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Professionalism, discretion, and time management + Clear, effective communication and customer service skillsBachelor's Degree (preferable in accounting) If you’re a dependable accounting professional looking to contribute to a collaborative team and grow your career, we’d love to hear from you.
