**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Workplace Experience Sr. Coordinator, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Responds to tenant needs, ensuring that administrative and building technical staff resolve problems promptly. Ensures that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
+ Assist in performing periodic regular property inspections. Recommends alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as needed.
+ Review and recommend approvals to Associate Property Manager, Property Manager or higher staff for accurate payment of vendor invoices on behalf of the property owner in compliance with the management agreement, CBRE policies and PM approval authorization matrix.
+ Responsible for assignment of Purchase Orders per CBRE Policies and PM approval authorization matrix.
+ Assist with the preparation of accurate tenant billings.
+ Assists in coordinating tenant move-ins and move-outs, and "walks-through" spaces with tenants and tenant improvement department.
+ Assist in preparing and delivering timely, accurate and complete reports.
+ May assist in producing research data on budget line items or entering budget data provided by manager into budget reports.
+ May gather and confirm preliminary data for accounts receivable aging reports
+ Will serve as the on-site representative for events; respond to clients’ event needs promptly and act as liaison between Property Management & Client
+ Ensuring event space is set up per the Banquet Event Order and floor plan as discussed with client/tenant, setting up Audio Visual equipment, assisting in setting up food & beverage, provide directional to guests, and act as day of contact between guest and property management.
+ Responsible for building and maintaining work relationships with internal and external clients in a timely and professional manner. Participates and/or leads planning calls, representing the site and ensuring all event aspects are in accordance with building safety and security regulations.
+ Serve as contact for event engagements. Accountable to develop and communicate end-to-end event plans to ensure flawless execution of meetings and events. Exercises sound judgment to ensure that events are delivered to exceed client expectations, while maintaining adherence to guidelines and processes and demonstrating meeting industry standard methodologies and experience.

+ High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
+ An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
+ Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
+ Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive approach.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $69,500 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $72,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
