Sr Training Coordinator (Remote - Michigan)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct and coordinate training activities that improve individual and organizational performance.

- Provide administrative support for training classes and other training team members; including but not limited to: maintaining class rosters, attendance sheets, assessments, test logs, evaluations, etc., and updating electronic training documents and resources.

- Assist in scheduling training sessions; support the coordination of training room set-up, audio-visual set-up, supplies and participant notifications for training events.

- Identify and recommend changes to policies and procedures; compile training evaluations to support ongoing revisions of training programs to enhance training effectiveness.

- Oversee trainees, subject matter experts and associate training specialists.- Report to Training Supervisor.- Facilitate engaging learning through classroom instruction, virtual technologies (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and hybrid methodologies. Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience as a subject matter expert/mentor in training preferred.- Experience supporting the Michigan Enrollment Services team preferred.- Michigan residency required.- Call center experience a plus.
Home Office Requirements:- Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.- Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
