Many of our customers are healthcare professionals (Nurse Practitioners, Doctors, etc) that provide healthcare services in clinics and homes. You will be the First Point of Contact for our Tech Bar which serves multiple CVS operating companies and our HCD remote colleagues. This role requires a customer first mindset when interacting with all end users. **This role will report to the Service Desk Supervisor or Manager.** **What will you do?** + Day to day technical and application support for HCD employees and contractors + Customer engagement via ticketing system, inbound and outbound, and email/chat/in-person/phone channels + Resolves hardware and application issues on Apple iPad, MacOS, iOS and Windows platforms for HCD employees and contractors + Respond, coordinate, and monitor hardware fulfillment requests for endpoint devices and PC peripherals (Monitor, Keyboard, Mice, Webcams) + Escalate and manage tickets transferred to other departments + Keep customers/end users and ticket documentation up to date following department guidelines + Collaborate on ad hoc projects + Ability to work occasional overtime and holidays + This is a hybrid role with mandatory office attendance Tuesday-Thursday + Support the local Tech Bar **Minimum Requirements:** + 3 years of successful work with Service Desk or HelpDesk Support. + Experience supporting Apple iOS and iPad hardware, Window 10/11 and hardware. + Experience with web-based applications and mobile device management tools (Google Workspace, Slack, JAMF, Workspace One). + Experience with Help Desk ticketing systems. + Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. + ‘Customer First’ Mindset and Collaborative,strong customer service skills (Written and verbal). **Preferred Requirements:** + Dell Certified and A+ Certified preferred. + Experience with ServiceNOW ticketing system. **Education:** + High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $38.82 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
