Our client, a leading organization in supply chain and procurement, is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join their team. As a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven project management expertise which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ - Hybrid – At least 3 days onsite per week (Day Shift)
Pay Range: $45 – $55/hr (based on experience)
Duration: Short-term project (estimate 8–10 weeks)

What’s the Job? 

Lead sourcing initiatives and manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned categories

Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks

Evaluate vendor quotes, capabilities, and service offerings to select and onboard suitable suppliers

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business goals

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure favorable agreements

What’s Needed? 

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

4–6 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management

Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and supplier relationships

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Familiarity with ERP systems, procurement tools, and industry best practices
