Collaborate closely with product development teams in an agile/scrum environment to deliver infrastructure that supports rapid development and deployment cycles. Lead production deployment strategies, including continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring reliability and high availability of services. Provide oversight and guidance for production support activities, incident management, and root cause analysis to maintain system health and uptime. Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data insight professionals responsible for application development, data engineering, visualization, and analytics initiatives. Partner with financial stakeholders to understand budgetary constraints and optimize infrastructure investments for cost-effectiveness and ROI. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations in infrastructure architecture. Develop and enforce standards, best practices, and governance policies related to infrastructure design, security, and compliance. Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, development, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of solutions. Qualifications Required / Desired Skills Architect Excellent communication skills Good technical skills on Database and Cloud infra. Good PowerPoint and Excel skills. Ability to multitask and keep deadlines. Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management. Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments. Effective, versatile, and action-oriented. Minimum Experience Required: Minimum of 7-10 years experience in production support. Minimum of 3 years experience as Architect. Must have experience with technical and People management responsibilities. Extensive experience in on-prem to cloud migration. Flexible to work in shift model. Strong Azure, Gen AI, DB skills and experience in production support/implementation. Desired to have good exposure to Cloud Migration projects. Skills Set: Experience with cloud-based database solutions such as Snowflake, Azure SQL Database. Ability to monitor and optimize database performance, including query optimization and resource allocation. Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and high availability solutions like replication, clustering, and failover. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate routine tasks. Knowledge of APIs and middleware for connecting databases to applications. Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) to track progress and meet deadlines. Understanding of agile or waterfall methodologies for database-related projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for executives.
