Sr Specialist Technical Architecture

Job Description:

Overall purpose: To design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions by working directly with clients to identify and recommend strategies that align with their business goals and industry best practices.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Consulting and Project Management: Provide consulting services, develop proposals, scope projects, manage client identification to invoicing, and ensure accurate billing.

• Technical Leadership: Lead the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of scalable solutions, including problem identification and system architecture.

• Customer Interaction and Sales: Engage in sales activities, establish credibility, meet with clients, and provide expertise on technical solutions and product suitability.

• Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners for client solutions, manage vendor relationships, and interface with product teams.

• Knowledge Management: Contribute to knowledge repositories, mentor others, and provide inputs to strategic service development.

Job Contribution: A mid-level individual contributor role with solid grasp of networking, security and firewall,Cloud Technologies, and SASE, plus data centers. In addition, some voice/UC/CC product knowledge would be beneficial. This person works in a bigger team and contributes to the sales and revenue targets for the Consulting and Professional Service team. The individual delivers/manages small to mid-sized client projects and occasionally handles large more complex engagements as a billable consultant.  Works with moderate on-going supervision. Responsible for their personal revenue quota aligned to the overall revenue target for the territory. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 10+ years of related consulting and professional services experience.

Languages : Native Japanese and advanced level English. Any other languages are welcomed.

Ability to travel for engagement requirements.
