What you’ll do:

Analyzes RAN data to recommend optimal changes to RAN network to improve all key indexes and performance indicatorsMay include engineering, design, development, test, implementation, maintenance, RF optimization, capacity management, performance management, encryption, and/or troubleshooting of satellite networks and Teleports, including underlying routingField engineering work with average overnight travel of 25%

What you’ll need:

As a Sr Specialist RAN Engineering, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing installation, maintenance, and optimization, and/or performance of wireless radio access network communications systems, including radio propagation modeling and prediction, microwave path analysis, interference analysis, frequency coordination, cell site equipment layout, parameter definition and ancillary equipment. May include GIS (Geographic Information Systems) performance analysis & drive testing.

What you’ll bring:

Required Experience:2-3 years’ experience; Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role

Desired Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience preferred

Environmental Requirements:

This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&Ts compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.

Our Sr Specialist RAN Engineering, earns between $96,000 - $144,000 annually.  Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
