This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
What You'll Do:
This position conducts device testing activities associated with AT&T's device certification program, to include testing in both lab and field environments and documenting test results using standardized tools and reporting software.Additional responsibilities include capturing device logs for device vendor analysis and defect triage, logging of defects in AT&T's defect tracking systems, regression testing of vendor provided fixes, logging performance metrics such as RF performance, dropped calls, download and upload data speeds, and latency, and participation in regular status meetings.Work typically includes in-depth assessment of the networked application needs, providing network modeling, prototyping and simulation testing, consulting to further clarify needs to deliver application functionality.Performs network product engineering assignments, including design, development, documentation and testing of network hardware, firmware, or software products or systems.Assignments may include development of new products, enhancements, and modifications of existing products.What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's of Science degree in the field of Engineering, Math or Science preferred.Typically requires 2+ years' experience.Our Sr Specialist Product Development Engineers earn between $105,600-$158,400 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
