About Job CTC Undisclosed Job Location Hyderabad/ Secunderabad Experience 8 - 11 yrs Description Responsibilities Designing, developing, testing, implementing, and integrating Privilege and Identity Access Management (PAM) systems and solutions. Assessing requirements for PAM solutions to meet stakeholders needs. Designing technical cybersecurity controls and defining standards and best practices in the application of PAM principles and best practices. Driving requirements and design specifications for privileged access management solutions and directing others in performing these activities. Providing escalation support for production PAM infrastructure systems and processes where applicable for our clients. Identifying and documenting privileged account management business and technical use cases. Developing PAM best practices and solutions for common client problems. Facilitating the continuous adoption, training, communication, and education of PAM capabilities, functions, and standards to our teams and clients. Requirements 8 years of Identity and Access Management related experience. 6 years of experience with AD Bridging, Privileged Access Management, Infrastructure, Networking, and Large Enterprise Environments. Strong understanding of implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) processes, High-Availability (HA) designs, and implementing complex solutions in large-scale settings. Expertise with Active Directory, SSO, SAML, *nix Network Devices, Databases. Experience with Delinea implementation in public and private cloud environments. Strong customer focus with the drive to deliver the best possible outcomes for customers. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Preferred Requirements Masters degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience with programming languages like Java, Python. Broader knowledge and experience with Identity technologies and solutions. BeyondTrust, One quest AD Bridging and Cloud (AWS or Azure) certifications. Experience with agile methodologies to plan and implement the product requirements. Train and support junior developers on PAM capabilities and implementation deliverables.
