AT&T is searching for a Sr Specialist Compensation Market Pricing Analyst based in Dallas, TX who will be responsible for supporting the organization’s market alignment by managing survey submissions, utilizing market pricing software, and analyzing compensation data. They will ensure competitive pay practices by generating actionable insights that keep compensation programs aligned with current market trends.
What you’ll do:
Develop compensation strategy by supporting the design and implementation of compensation strategies that align with the organization’s goals, including base pay, incentive plans and equity options.
Provide consultation to partners and/or clients on compensation-related issues and offer strategies to meet their needs.
Conduct research to understand current trends, analyze data to identify trends or gaps, and prepare and present data driven insights and recommendations.
Ensure compensation practices comply with country, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Ensure survey submissions and market pricing processes adhere to relevant laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of survey submissions, market pricing analyses, and methodology.
Monitor market trends and compensation movements to keep pay programs current and aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate and complete compensation survey submissions to third-party providers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data.
What you’ll need:
Experience using market pricing software and tools (e.g., BetterComp, Payfactors, Radford) to price benchmark jobs and analyze compensation data.
Experience interpreting survey results and market comparisons to assess the competitiveness of pay structures.
Experience supporting annual compensation cycles, salary structure reviews, and special projects.
What you’ll bring:
In-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems.
2+ years of related experience in compensation analysis, strategy, and pricing.
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
Our Sr Specialist Compensation Market Pricing Analyst earns between $87,200 - $130,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
