Sr Specialist App/Prod Support

**Job Description:**
This role is for a key production support position. The candidate will handle azure data bricks administration, server setup, configuration, azure subscriptions, web server configuration, SSL certificate management, DSO Process for code migration, Jenkins scripts for code and build management, encryption and decryption key management, production batch files and schedules.
The candidate will be expected to work in shifts on a rotational basis along with other members of the support team.
The role requires a keen ability to detect, monitor and provide initial triage for any production issues in the web server, application server and/or database levels.
**Primary (Must Have)**
+ Azure Data Bricks
+ Good knowledge of shell scripting
+ Jenkins Scripting/ Pipeline Scripting
+ Azure Familiarity
+ Linux, Tomcat, and IIS Configuration
+ Good Knowledge of SQL
+ SSL Certificate Management
**Secondary (Good to have)**
+ Familiarity with code scans and dynamic security scans
+ GIT and Maven
+ Good Knowledge of Linux and Windows
+ Performance Tuning and Optimization
+ Troubleshooting Skills
+ BMC, ServiceNow or similar ticketing tool
+ Familiarity with Oracle Database
