Major Activities
Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and standards for retail technology solutions.Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on project requirements.Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate software functionality and performance.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation tools and frameworks.Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects found during testing using defect tracking systems.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on quality goals.Participate in release planning and execution activities, including release testing and validation.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance and retail technology.Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experienceMinimum Special Certifications or Technical Skills
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.Minimum Type of Experience the Job Requires
5+ years of experience in quality assuranceOther

Quality assurance of retail technology or e-commerce application.Experience working with retail POS systems, e-commerce platforms, or other retail technology solutions.ISTQB or other relevant certifications in software testing.Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
