Sr Software Engineer - Fullstack

The problems are complex, the systems are massive, and the pace is fast. This Senior Fullstack position is a unique opportunity to join our engineering team in Brazil. Lead with impact as you design, build, and maintain user-facing features end-to-end that directly support how people and things move in the real world. **What You’ll Do** - Build and maintain robust, scalable full-stack solutions for the centralized pipeline, ensuring high performance, safety, and reliability at scale. - Navigate messy, high-impact problems in fast-changing environments, often without a clear starting point, to ship thoughtful and practical solutions at speed. - Own your work end-to-end: from the first design doc to debugging production issues when the stakes are high for our global user base. - Champion engineering best practices such as code health, comprehensive testing, and system design clarity. **What You’ll Need** - +7 years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining complex large-scale applications. - Expertise in one or more backend languages (e.g., Go, Java, or Python) and frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, and React). - Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and designing high-throughput, low-latency APIs. - Proven ability to own project development end-to-end, including requirements gathering, architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment. - Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with globally distributed cross-functional teams. **Bonus Points If** - Experience leading the technical direction of complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
