**Position Summary**
**Technical & Functional Responsibilities:**
+ Plan and manage software releases lifecycle across multiple applications.
+ Develop and maintain detailed Implementation, Validation, and Backout plans in collaboration with development teams.
+ Open and manage change requests; coordinate with Change Advisory Board (CAB), Enterprise Change Management (ECM), and Release Management (RM) to ensure timely approvals.
+ Coordinate cross-functional support teams to ensure successful deployment execution.
+ Lead release bridges, ensuring adherence to release plans and timelines.
+ Own the full lifecycle of intake—from request capture to estimation and release planning.
+ Workflow Standardization: Define and maintain intake workflows, templates, and approval checkpoints.
+ Collaborate with development teams and product owners to gather and submit evidence for PCI and Security Compliance.
+ Schedule and coordinate environment initializations with Release Management.
**Project & Stakeholder Management:**
+ Facilitate weekly project intake meetings for CCVA and PBM IVR.
+ Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to scope and plan new project intake requests.
+ Serve as DDAT Estimation Manager, responsible for evaluating business requests, assessing solution alternatives, and documenting solution estimates.
+ Submit and manage In-Flight estimation requests, including status updates
**Education**
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
