Our client, in consumer packaged goods industry is seeking a **Sr Site Electrical Engineer** to join their team. In this role, you will help manage the seamless implementation of projects throughout the site, support factory infrastructure, and operational reliability for the factory. The ideal candidate will have electrical/controls engineering and some manager skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Sr Site Electrical Engineer** **Location: Jefferson City, MO (10% domestic travel)** **Pay Range: $85 hr - $95 hour (W2 only)** **Contract: 5 Months (extension possible)** **What’s the Job?** + Help manage the seamless implementation of projects throughout the site, support factory infrastructure, and operational reliability for the factory. + This includes coordinating day-to-day engagement with various stakeholders, managing contractors, ensuring construction safety, overseeing budget management, and scheduling staff. + Support Company Manufacturing Standards (UMS) through key pillars, including Early Equipment Management (EEM) and Planned Maintenance (PM). + Offer engineering guidance in analyzing production processes and equipment from a first principles approach for optimally implementing continuous and innovative improvement projects + Prepare regular reports, presentations, and analyses to communicate end-to-end project workflow, ongoing initiatives, CapEx and FAR2 reporting, update asset registers and associated reports, and future opportunities to senior management. **What’s Needed?** + Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering discipline + 5+ years of experience of Electrical & Controls Engineering + 5+ year experience with NEC/NFPA/OSHA & other relevant compliance standards + 1+ years of operating in a management capacity + Significant Project Management experience + Helpful experience: Power Distribution, Controls and Automation/Ladder Logic Programming, Working knowledge of IT networking & Server Infrastructure, Variable Frequency Drives, AutoCAD **What’s in it for me?** + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k + Weekly pay with direct deposit + Consultant Care support + Free Training to upgrade your skills + Dedicated Career Partner to help you achieve your career goals If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, **click apply now** and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
