Uber
**About the Role**
The Acquisition Operations Manager will be a core contributor within Uber’s **global** Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) in Delivery Commercial Operations (DCO), supporting the design, implementation, and measurement of scalable acquisition processes across regions and markets within Uber’s Delivery business.
This role sits at the **intersection of process design, tooling enablement, and analytics**. The individual will use data and field insights to identify opportunities, inform business requirements, and monitor acquisition health — while also owning the documentation, execution, and rollout of process improvements.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys combining structured thinking, operational execution, and data-informed decision-making to improve how commercial teams work every day, in partnership with global and regional stakeholders.

3. Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and standardization opportunities.
#### **Tooling Enablement & Business Requirements**
1. Draft business requirements and user stories to support acquisition-related tooling enhancements (e.g., Salesforce).
2. Partner with Product, Business Technology Engineering, and Digital Field Experience teams through solution design, UAT, and rollout.
3. Ensure process intent is accurately reflected in tooling solutions.
#### **Analytics-Driven Opportunity Identification & Monitoring**
1. Independently query and analyze acquisition funnel and operational data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
2. Use data to strengthen business cases and inform prioritization decisions.
3. Define and monitor success metrics to track adoption, performance, and overall acquisition health post-launch.
#### **Program Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration**
1. Support implementation of acquisition process improvements, pilots, and **global rollouts** in partnership with regional teams.
2. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Enablement, and Regional stakeholders to gather feedback and validate solutions.
3. Contribute to change management efforts, including documentation, communications, and enablement materials.
