About the Role As a CBRE Real Estate Sr Research Analyst, you will provide research and analysis support of commercial real estate markets. The role will encompass regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team’s production and delivery of research materials. What You'll Do - Assist in the creation of both standard and customized point-of-sale Field Research outputs, both under the supervision of the Research leader and independently. - Collaborate with producers, Sales Management, and Marketing teams on pitches and projects. - Research and collect market information regarding the Seattle commercial real estate market with a focus on all product types. - Gather, analyze, interpret, and disseminate data on available properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, and new developments. - Perform other duties as assigned. Strong organizational and analytical skills. - Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. - Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. - Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. - Above-average technical skills with intermediate/advanced tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Tableau. - An understanding of research fundamentals. Knowledge of how to apply research and data analytics expertise to the benefit of our brand and core businesses. - Must have project management skillset. Can oversee small projects or assigned project tasks, determine priorities and develop a through-line to completion, including harnessing the right resources and collaborating along the way. - Commitment to time management.
