The role will encompass regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team’s production and delivery of research materials. What You'll Do: + Assist in the creation of both standard and customized point-of-sale Field Research outputs, both under the supervision of the Research leader and independently. + Collaborate with producers, Sales Management, and Marketing teams on pitches and projects. + Research and collect market information regarding the commercial real estate market with a focus on all product types. + Gather, analyze, interpret, and disseminate data on available properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, and new developments. + Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to effectively present information. + Proficient knowledge of commercial real estate industry. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. + Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and Tableau.
