This role is the backbone of the team and is highly valued. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Gathering supporting documentation to complete deal voucher forms while abiding by company accounting policies as well as provincial guidelines + Managing the marketing budgets and listing activities of the team. + Working with sales professionals to maintain MLS postings and statuses + Drafting documentation and agreements such as offers to lease and listing agreements + Participating in and facilitating meetings, ensuring that accurate minutes are recorded + Performing comprehensive market research + Coordinating on/offsite meetings and conferences including but not limited to travel and entertainment; may coordinate Brokers’ Outlook calendars and inboxes + Managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram) and website updates as needed + Other administrative duties as required. **What we require** + Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required. + Min 3 years’ experience providing administrative support to a team of professionals. + Experience in the Real Estate industry; commercial preferred. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, special focus on Excel and PowerPoint + Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, preferred. _Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future_ **Why choose CBRE?** Experience the resources and support of a global organization where an entrepreneurial mindset is encouraged. The base salary being offered for this position is $65,000-$70,000, depending on experience.
