Our client, a mission-based nonprofit organization in Arlington, VA, has an immediate need for a long-term temporary Senior Qualtrics Research & Evaluation Specialist to support their team for approximately 3 months!

About the Job:

Instruct awardees on data collection processes and train on data collection systems.Create data dashboards.Serve as a subject matter on the database and respond to research and data questions.Serve as a liaison with the IRB, collaborate with external consultants, and work cross functionally with different departments.Support research, data generation, analysis, and other duties as assigned.

About You:

3+ years of relevant non-profit or government research experience are required.Qualtrics proficiency is a must-have!A bachelor's degree is required; A master's degree is preferred.Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities with advanced Excel skills.Effective and flexible teamwork approach with on the ground research experience.

About the Position:
