**Project Manager - Commercial Banking**
**Locations: Charlotte, NC - 550 S Tryon**
**Contract: 24 months ( potential to convert FTE ) on W2**
**Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote**
**Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial Banking**
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
**Specific Job Description:**
In this role, you may support a broad array of initiatives within the Commercial Bank. Projects may either be specific to one process or product or end-to-end. Projects tend to be either focused on development of technologies supporting new or existing products or risk. Specific activities may include:
+ Managing Change through effective Project Management skills
+ Maintaining project plans. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
+ Interfacing directly with business partners to identify pain points and design solutions, including the gathering and documenting of requirements
+ Assisting the Product Owners and Solution Consultants in managing the full solution delivery lifecycle by documenting features, collaborating with IT developers, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and managing deployment efforts
+ Managing the creation of Business Readiness Plans to include preparation of process documentation, communications and training
+ Maintain effective project meetings and project communication
+ Communicate status and overall strategy through high quality presentations
