PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a world-class aerospace industry leader to hire a Sr. Project Management Specialist who will play a critical role in overseeing and directing integrated supply chain operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex projects that directly impact productivity, quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction across global aerospace programs.
Role Summary
The Sr. Project Management Specialist will oversee and direct Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) operations, managing high-visibility projects from planning through execution. You will identify risks, resolve issues, and implement performance monitoring mechanisms to ensure project objectives are met or exceeded. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys collaborating with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and direct operations for aerospace integrated supply chain projects
Assess project risks, issues, and constraints; develop effective resolution strategies
Establish mechanisms to monitor project progress, metrics, and deliverables
Drive intervention and problem-solving efforts with cross-functional stakeholders
Ensure projects meet or exceed productivity, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction goals
Utilize SAP and Excel-based tools to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making
Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations
Required Qualifications (Must-Have Skills)
3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or related experience
SAP experience
Line of Business (LOB) creation experience
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting aerospace or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with integrated supply chain operations and performance metrics
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders

Pay Details: $42.80 per hour
