To keep our operations network secure and assure operational continuity, we are looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our Last Mile OTR Solutions team as a Program Manager for International (EMEA, BR,MX, APAC). In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring that your area of responsibility efficiently and effectively provides security services and asset protection (i.e., lives, buildings, equipment, data, and professional property) through the design of physical infrastructure and processes across the International Last Mile environment. Key job responsibilities - End-to-end own, build, maintain, and improve complex risk-based security programs and projects specific to Amazon Logistics and Amazon Partner Logistics within your region to prevent theft and losses - Develop risk-based as well as cost-effective security solutions and engage internal and external stakeholders to implement the security solutions. - Create security standards, programs, assessments, and procedures and collaborate with key regional stakeholders for their consistent implementation. - Ensure compliance to security standards and requirements, partner with stakeholders to implement effective audit programs to detect, prevent, and mitigate Last Mile losses, and follow up on definition and implementation of corrective action plans. - Contribute to reducing business losses from security incidents by identifying and understanding vulnerabilities, MOs, and implementing appropriate protection measures. A day in the life As a Program Manager on the OTR LM Solutions team, you'll support Security and Loss Prevention by managing risk-based security projects for International Last Mile operations. You'll develop and implement comprehensive security programs aligned with organizational goals, while identifying and mitigating risks. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and local standards, as well as providing security best practices training to project personnel. The role focuses on end-to-end ownership, development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of security initiatives within the International Last Mile context. About the team Security and Loss Prevention partners with stakeholders to secure Amazon's supply chain and promote security awareness. The LM Solutions team develops risk mitigation programs to address vulnerabilities within the Last Mile environment. We continuously assess and adjust programs to meet changing operational needs, investigate root causes, and implement preventive standards. Our team analyzes existing and emerging risks, collaborating with other security functions to develop strategic solutions. Working within a global framework, we provide operational programs aligned with business needs, partnering with International senior management and support functions to ensure comprehensive security coverage. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 8+ years of program or project management experience - 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Advanced Excel - Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - 4+ years of driving process improvements experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
