**About the Role:**
This CBRE Program Senior Manager role in Seattle requires leading a team to deliver complex, strategic programs for a global online travel agency. Key responsibilities include program planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring alignment with business objectives. **What You’ll Do:**
+ Supervise, train, and evaluate staff, including recruitment, performance coaching, and task assignment.
+ Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring timely completion and issue resolution.
+ Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support program goals.
+ Support the development of global systematic approaches and programs.
+ Create and distribute PMO reports (status updates, Gantt charts) and maintain/enhance reporting platforms.
+ Act as point of contact for sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance with global regulations.
+ Identify and implement better methods to achieve individual and departmental objectives.
+ Manage global utility bill pay, reporting, and documentation, collaborating with partners in EMEA and APAC.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
+ Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the [Sr Program Manager] position is $107,500.00 annually and the maximum salary for the [Sr Program Manager] position is $199,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
