Sr Product Operations Manager
**About the Role** The Product Operations team collaborates with operations, product, and other partners to strategize and deliver products that tackle our toughest operations problems on a global scale. As a Product Operations Manager in Uber Eats Merchant team, you'll collaborate day-in and day-out with tech and non-tech stakeholders to identify, scope, design, build, pilot, and launch products that will drive your team's objectives and key results and build outstanding end-user experiences! **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 01. Define the operating structure and processes to implement on product strategy 02. Lead a community of strategic leaders to encourage a significant impact to the business 03. Maintain regular communications with key team members across the org 04. Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives for the program/product 05. Advise product teams on the global feasibility of products throughout the product lifecycle 06. Develop an end-to-end product rollout plan, and project-manage implementation 07. Collaborate with key team members (legal, tax, policy, support, etc) to prepare products for launch 08. Track core business metrics related to the product 09. Identify key problem areas and/or geographies impacted by product post-launch 10. Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to advise product improvement \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- 1. 6+ years experience in operations, business consulting, program or product management or similar analytical role 2. Strong communication skills and ability to clearly and succinctly present information to a variety of stakeholders 3. Strong data-driven decision-making skills 4. Experience in a tech-first company, preferably in fast-paced and global environments \-\-\-\- Preferred Qualifications ---- 1. SQL proficiency 2. Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting 3. Proven project management across large complex projects 4.
