FaST:P&P (Fashion Subsidiaries Tech: Purchase & Post) owns the customer experience from cart & checkout through fulfillment and customer service across Amazon's F2 (Fashion & Fitness) subsidiaries. To capitalize for our customers, we’re looking for a highly experienced Principal Product Manager with strong customer obsession and business acumen, who will focus on the Cart, Checkout, and Purchase experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to extract and apply customer insights, think strategically while embracing experimentation, communicate effectively across teams to influence key stakeholders, and consistently deliver results through operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from strategic planning through tactical execution
• Craft executive communications and present regularly to cross-functional leaders
• Establish and align on the vision, product strategy, and roadmap that builds upon our current shopping experiences and supporting tools
• Cultivate and leverage partnerships across Amazon's technology community
• Define clear, measurable product goals with regular assessment cadence

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
